I've had my bike tuned up by Neil and Joseph a oouple times in the past and it always runs super well after.  They also have plenty of tubes and other accessories that I need, to make sure I'm good just in case I do get a flat out there.  I really enjoy working with these guys

called in today looking for advice. just bought my first road bike yesterday and im wanting to restore it and modernize it at the same time. i asked if i could bring the bike by and talk it over with them and see if they could guide me in the right direction as to what i would need. and all the gentleman on the phone said was he could quote me a price on working on the bike for me once they see it... i dont want them working on my bike, im perfectly capable of doing it on my own i was just looking to get pointed in the right direction. he told me to youtube it. smh ill take my bike to Tri-Hard down the road, i called them and they were more than happy to look at it and help me out. sad you can't even go to a real bicycle shop and get free advice.

We rocked up on Christmas Eve when they were really busy and they still took the time to help us fix our wheel so we could carry on touring. So kind and friendly. They really helped us out and we're so grateful.

The staff was very helpful when shopping for a bike. The only feedback I would say is to broaden your selection. The owner is actually buying much more bikes within the next few weeks so it's probably much better really soon.
