Cyclist Choice is a family owned and operated business founded in 1997.

We began with a vision of providing a wide variety of quality products to encourage cycling along the Gulf Coast since 1997. We are a full-service bike shop for the family-orientated and the cycling enthusiasts. We carry an extensive selection of children's bikes in addition to our full line of adult cruisers, hybrid and comfort bikes, tandems, industrial bikes, mountain bikes, BMX, and road bikes. Oh yeah! We have unicycles, trailers, and trail-a-bikes!

Two major rehabs and a minor tune up. Three bikes two purchased here one acquired via third party sales off classified add. The service on all three was tops. Nice turn around time and pricing. Was able to upgrade my two Treks and made some additional add on to my other bike would like to see a bit more selection on the accessory side if only to offer more price points but they have what ever you may need. Friendly team, very knowledgeable and safety conscious.

Not a massive selection of bikes, but still good. The prices are fair and the customer service is top notch. Probably wouldn't have purchased a bike here if it wasn't for how helpful the staff was.

The service done on my bike was shotty at best. They quoted 5 days it took 8 days. The front tire was flat. They put air in it instead of patching or replacing. The air went out within a day so it had to be noticed that it was completely flat after two days. The main reason I brought it in was the gears were making a clicking sound around the higher gears I didn't have the tools to do it. The click was still there after the "service". I looked at it and the front derailer was out of alignment. That was the main thing offered for the service, derailer alignment. I thought maybe they cleaned and replaced the grease at least. Nope. So I think I paid 120 bucks or so for them to clean my chain. I bought the tools and fixed it myself in about 30 minutes. Once it was fixed I realized I couldn't bring it back to complain. Money poorly wasted. Everyone was really nice. Certainly sounded like they were going to take care of me.

If your looking for a trek bike,  this is the place. Very friendly my husband is enjoying his bike. I'm  not sure about the service area as my bike is still there waiting to be serviced.

Personally I wouldn't buy a valve stem from this company and here is why, Several months ago and before going on vacation this summer I attempted to buy a bicycle from this company. When I realized that the bicycle I wanted was not in the budget before vacation I decided to repair a bike that I had, to use for trip. Upon speaking to the mechanic I was told that the tires I wanted to buy for the bike (which were only slightly larger than the factory tires) would not fit. After doing some research I found a Youtube where another person had successfully installed the slightly larger tire. And at the time of my finding the video had been using the bike for a few years with zero issues. I called the shop once again to share the video info and with intentions of to buying the tires and installing them myself. These people wouldn't even order the tires! Shortly after being treated rudely on the telephone I called Trek to speak with a engineer about my modification. Trek stated that the tire I wanted to install was Ok, and would be the largest size they recommend installing on that bicycle. So I ordered my tires online and installed them myself. On vacation we logged somewhere around 200 miles and I am happy to say I have had absolutely no issues.
