Worst flower shop ever!!! My boyfriend called me today on Valentine’s Day and asked me if I liked the flowers he sent. I asked what he was taking about because it was almost time for me to get off of work and I had not gotten anything. He says he ordered online and he has a confirmation of payment with order number. He spent almost $200. Worst part is that I have been trying to call Cypress Florist and the phone keeps sounding busy. They have ruined a special day for me. They better give him his money back. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Many, many thanks to Susan, owner of Cypress Florist, who very kindly took time to consult with me regarding exactly what I wanted for the funeral of a beloved relative. She then fashioned an absolutely GORGEOUS, cascading MASTERPIECE, a magnificent spray that was very colorful and had a variety of fresh flowers! What's more, Susan sent me a photo of the spray before making the delivery to Forest Lawn. I HIGHLY recommend Cypress Florist, and again, so many thanks, Susan ...  your BEAUTIFUL spray brought great comfort and peace to me and to my dear relatives!

My name is Susan, I am the Owner of Cypress Florist,  
We have serving this community for over 20 years,  This is the first time we had dealt with this kind of problem with a customer,   we would like to let all of our customers to know that  should give all Your orders to the florist directly because on-line directory  all  the  wire services  give discounts and coupons,  they look like their giving you a better deal, but discount monies are not added to the orders we receive, so we fill the order to the value that they send to us, On top of that they take 27% commission from us . +  $2.50  for each order. and they  charge- service charges to customer,  it  would really help all the small businesses, we are asking for all of your support !

Caring, patient and fabulous sum up my experience with Cypress Florist and in particular, Susan. Google reviews helped me find this highly rated florist and I was not let down.  I was very fortunate to work with Susan to create an arrangement that would convey my thoughts given my 3000 miles distance from my wonderful friend (whose dad passed away).  Susan/Cypress Florist were excellent.  She prepared a beautiful planter arrangement and a custom fruit basket which conveyed the message of caring that I had hoped to carry to my dear friend at this very sad time.  Susan went the extra step to select a Sympathy card that perfectly conveyed the thoughts we wanted to give to our friend at this difficult time.  Thank you Susan for being there for me (and my friend). Joe
