A+ Florist with absolutely beautiful arrangements that are true to the pictures online.

I ordered flowers online for my girlfriend who works locally in Glendale. We have been apart because of work and I wanted to do something special for her. When her company did not notify her of the delivery on Friday after Verdugo delivered them at 10:45AM, because security was "too busy", the owner Rick said he would take care of it. Monday morning came around and the old flowers were taken away and the new ones were brought in before my girlfriend could see them. They made sure she was notified before leaving so that she would be sure to get them.

In the "About Us" for Verdugo, it says this: "That is why we always go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect.". I am glad they have stood by this simple message, and I will always buy flowers in LA for my girlfriend from here.

Thanks everyone at Verdugo. The flowers and customer service were beyond expectations.

Bought the Loves Devine, over $100 after i bought one of the two upgrades coming I believe it was Deluxe, The boquet showed up as if it was a 50% downgrade from the as shown pic vs being upgraded from the "as shown" pic. For delivery, as a gift not being able to see these beforehand i was very dissapointed. Completely misleading pictures.

I have been coming to Verdugo Florist for years and they have consistently provided me with beautiful, fresh flowers and unique arrangements.  They have been open for something like 28 years, and for good reason...the customer service is great and the employees are always helpful when I am trying to choose what exactly I am looking for.  I always use them to send flowers for every occasion and my friends and family are thrilled at what they receive!  It's truly a gem in Glendale :)

I called in my order and Gina took care of me.  The service was excellent, the price was good and the flowers were beautiful.  Verdugo Florists is highly recommended:)
