I've used this shop for the past few years to send my wife flowers being that they are located right up the street from her job. I have never been disappointed! Derek and his floral designer are amazing! I always get the best customer service and they always deliver exceptionally beautiful arrangements. They are very affordable and all of their flowers are definitely top quality. I always highly recommend them to anyone in the Riverside area.

Willow Branch Florist of Riverside is THE place to get your flower arrangements. My grandmother passed away recently and we met with Sara and Sherri to decide on the flowers. Not only were they able to work with our budget but the arrangements were absolutely breathtaking. It was such a joy working with them especially under such difficult circumstances. If you are in need of professional service look no further than Willow Branch Florist. I definitely will be back soon.

Bought flowers from this florist last week and they looked amazing! I got a dozen white roses and they looked spectacular! My girlfriend loved them! They have such a wide variety of arrangements and a very friendly staff. I've been recommending them to everyone.

I called to have flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday and they delivered them within an hour from my call. Thank you so much for the speedy service and beautiful flowers!

Very disappointed and very upset! I found this florist online, once I read all their reviews I knew I had to book an appointment for my wedding consult. Made the appointment was super excited to see what they had to offer! Sat down with the two ladies and went over every detail possible, I had a vision and they kind of took over that vision but I was ok with that since I figured they knew what they were talking about. Left feeling confident and excited! They said give them a couple of weeks (to mid January) and they would email me. well here we are February 1st and NEVER HEARD BACK from them. This broke my heart it made me feel like I wasn't good enough to service. And frankly it sucked. Their lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable. I was thinking of reaching out but if they were that carless with a consult definitely can not trust them with such an important day in my life! Lesson learned! So they might have pretty arrangements but that is all!!!!
Blessing in disguise I found a florist in Santa fe springs who offered the best customer service I have ever received!!!!
