We love our new Terrain!  Chris and the managers and finance staff at CYV in Woodstock were top notch!  Super friendly, helpful and stayed late on a weekend so we could drive away in our new vechicle!

Anyone dealing with this dealership should be warned they will go back on their word. In 40 years of buying cars including 5 GMs I have never been treated so disrespectful by  a manager. I only gave 1 star because the salesman was nice.

Very friendly staff! They made us feel like we were home and it was a very easy process to get everything finalized. I will definitely come back to purchase another vehicle. I would recommend going to see the guys at cyv if your looking for a new vehicle.

CYV is NOT your friend in the car business....very DISHONEST staff, BLATANTLY LIED about terms on financing until we called the bank and they completely contradicted what CYV had said. Also lied and said financing lady wouldn’t be at work the other day to dodge questions when in fact she was in that day.  SCAM ARTISTS!

"It started with Bryanna. She was exceptional in helping me get the financing I needed. She set me up with Vaughn and we talked about what I was looking. He brought out a beautiful Encore and was extremely knowledgeable of all of it’s amazing features. There were hardly any questions to ask, he explained everything in such detail before and during the test drive. He also gave me, and my daughter a thorough tour of the facilty. Quite an impressive operation they have set up there in the new building. Jon Thomas was clear in regard to payment options and was also very friendly and courteous. The icing on the cake was when we went to get our plates, it happened to be my daughter’s birthday which she had mentioned a few days before. Vaughn had a birthday gift waiting for her when we arrived that day to get our plates. She was delightfully surprised, as was I. That’s incredible customer service in my opinion. He was professional and courteous and his knowledge and customer service was second to none in my experience with sales people. I would gladly recommend Vaughn and the staff of CYV to any family and friends who might need their services. " - Janet Orser
