Hi Dave, I don’t normally give this kind of feedback; however, in this case it is warranted. There are very few operations of any kind that have the high caliber staff that you do. In the beginning, dealing with the sales and up selling process in the Sear’s parking lot (Saint John), to yesterday’s rendezvous to pick up the car post-service, and everything in-between could not have been handled more professionally, or in a more friendly and helpful manner. On top of it all, it was done with great responsiveness and positive attitudes. Having access to Jeff and the very responsive Karah, were tremendous highlights of the past visit. Frankly I look forward to my interactions with you and your staff; which, I can honestly say is not something that I have felt with any other car dealership. My girlfriend and I flew out from Alberta to purchase a V60 from the people at Fredricton Volvo. Seems like a long way to go for a vehicle but this particular V60 had everything we desired. Prior to arriving in Fredricton, Chris Munn, the salesman dealing with us, sent video of the car and called on more than one occasion just to be helpful and keep the deal smooth. The video enabled us to make a decision about the car from 4800 km away and was very much appreciated. Upon arrival, Chris was waiting for us at the airport! We drove to the dealership and these people really hit it out of the park! All paperwork was ready to go, including registration which really helped us out. A couple of signatures later we were sitting in our new V60 getting a thorough briefing. We had a few laughs, met the owner Dave, and overall experienced some top notch eastern hospitality. The car is beautiful, and this people are and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks very much Chris, Ryan and Dave for making our experience so great. We highly recommend this dealership.

The experience there is like no other dealership. They are a luxury brand and it shows. I went there looking at a used Ford Fusion. I definitely cannot afford a newer Volvo vehicle. But they treated me like gold from start to finish. My salesman was a guy named Kanye. "Salesman" is a loose term here though. Felt like a friend by the end. I would rate him 12 out of 10. It was all the little things they did that added up. Kanye and the finance manager Ryan worked within my budget for a bumper to bumper warranty, gave me a whole brand new windshield due to rock chips, and even bought me car mats at my local Ford dealership. I have been to almost all of the Saint John dealerships, and a couple Moncton dealerships as well. They do not compare. If anybody is looking for a perfectly serviced car, and an experience far beyond the norm, please go to Fredericton Volvo.

I highly recommend service at Volvo New Brunswick! Sales and service people are very friendly and professional on every level. David Brown and David O'leary are always so friendly and approachable! Best in the business, in my opinion. New dealership is beautiful!

By Far The best dealership in New Brunswick!!. Got me more money than expected for my trade in than other dealers in Fredericton and Great Price in my New Car!!! Definitely recommend to buy a New or Used Car.
