We purchased our ford focus from Nova Scotia and had some warranty work done at wood motors. They worked with our schedule and got us booked in right away and we're excellent to deal with. I am a service manager at a Ford dealership in Ottawa. One of my good customers had a breakdown with his diesel truck last week just outside of Fredericton. He called me and asked what he should do. I know the service manager at Wood Motors very well. I called Chrissy and told her about my customer being stuck. The way she took care of my customer, Don, was beyond belief. Chrissy drove to where they were broken down to ensure they were OK even before the tow truck arrived. She checked on them regularly (they were staying in their trailer in the parking lot of Home Depot, who were kind enough to insist they stay on their lot) and got the truck fixed quickly once the parts arrived two days later. My customer just came to see me today. He could not say enough kind things about Chrissy and her dealership, Wood Motors. All the staff there went above and beyond the call to ensure Don and his wife were well taken care of. Being an older couple, they really appreciated what the team there did for them. I wish to personally thank Chrissy and all the good folks at Wood Motors (and Home Depot and others) for taking care of Don and his truck. You guys give our business a good name. In a world where great service is rare, you guys knocked this one right out of the park. You should be proud of yourselves for what you do every day for your customers and this time, my customer. Thanks again. You rock Chrissy and Wood Motors!!

I visited today to get new rotors, brakes, tires rotated, and a/c blower. I was done in 1 1/2 hours, except for the blower which needs ordered and I only just mentioned for the first time today. I was told to keep my money until the blower is installed next week. I was very happy with the amount of time that the appointment took, the friendly helpful service I recieved, and with how my car felt on the drive home. What a great visit!

Recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Wood Motors and we had an excellent experience there. I was given a tour of the dealership after a test drive, and was treated very well in general. They even offer to pick you up if you're considering one of their vehicles and do not have a ride there. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are considering purchasing a Ford.

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience at Wood Motors. We were looking for a Explorer. The staff went above and be on to help us find the right Vehicle. And that they did. Big Thanks to Cory, Ryan and Ted who we spend much time with. We spend so much time with Cory that we though we were going to drive him crazy. Cory never wandered of task or showed us any sign of inpatients. He treated us with the upmost respect and took all the time that we needed to help us get the vehicle we were looking for. Me and my wife Karen are very much thankful for all his help. I must add, Cory was very knowledgeable on the Explorer. This was very helpful, for the model we were looking for had a abundant of options. We love our new Explorer. Thanks Guys
