I purchased a Electra Liv 7 at the Waterford store. The gentleman that helped me was so relaxed and easy going, he answered all my questions about the bike, service and accessories in great detail. I rode 4 different bikes, I was able to take my time riding each one, I was not rushed at all.  I was confident in purchasing my bike, I had all the info I needed to make me feel comfortable.   I will be going to  D&D for future bike purchases and accessories.

Shane was very very helpful in assisting me with getting the right bike.  I had a bad motorcycle accident in 2002 and didn't know if I could ever ride a bike again.   He was patient with me as I tried different models.  We ended up selecting a "ladies" design, since it was easier for me to get on and off with a bad right leg.   It's an Electra Lux Fat 7D.   I love it.  Thanks Shane.

Went in for a hockey blade after a game. No one attended us. We found the extra blades in a  tub. My 9 yr old picked one out. There's someone i said to my son. We would like to cash out. The lady said those blades aren't for sale. ( but they have prices on them). She said they don't have them in inventory.   FYI. If your not selling them why have them out on floor where costomers can look at?

I've brought a top of a line bike rack from here at a very good discounted price. Ive also brought full hockey gear at discounted price like 40% to 15% off. ive only been in there two times but they had deals going on both times. its nice that they are connected to the rink. The staff was  very helpful when i was picking gear. If i ever need anything related to this store i will go here even know im from out of town.
