Great price, great service, great installation. Chuck was very helpful in helping us select the carpet we purchased, and worked with us to coordinate installation with our work schedules. We have made many carpet and flooring purchases from McNabb's over the years and have never been disappointed.

Walked in there today was greated by the very nice receptionist. She asked the employee that was to the left of the desk if he had time. He said yes she said he can help u as soon as he wakes up. He did look like he just woke up. His additude showed me he didnt want to be there. I brought in a sample of carpet to compair colors. I asked for something similar and he pointed to the direction of carpet that came in 15 foot. Instead of pointing he should have got up and showed me the carpet he was talking about. I had no clue where he pointed and i got the feeling he didnt give a care if i bought carpet or not. So i got up and left. Went to menards got amazing service and i will never come back to this store again.

not happy, was told I can get some unfinished wood put in so I could match it with existing. went back and forth for a couple weeks not being able to get ahold of salesman. when he finally calls back he says they cant do it. Thanks for nothing

We walked in with our 3 kids under 4 years old, and were welcomed like any other customer. The kids played in the toy and games area set up for kids, which was great. This gave us the chance to review our options in detail with Charlotte. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and provided us with the info we needed without pressuring a sale. Although we did not make a purchase that day, I can recommend D.E. McNabb based on our experience that day. Talk to Charlotte if she is available!
