Excellent customer service. I was on the phone with sprint several different times to activate a phone and it just wouldn't work. I went into this store and within a few minutes my broken phone was removed from my account and a different one activated. Julian was the best. Thank you!

This place always goes above and beyond for their customers!!! Isa really makes sure his team services all their customers to the highest standards. Janelle goes above and beyond for all her customers ALWAYS taking the time to resolve all my phone or Sprint service issues! She's the best!!!

I was in the sprint store when the employees got word of a bad review on someone who works for sprint but does not work at that store. I've been going to this store for years and never have met this gentleman. I can tell you I would bring my business anywhere else and I'm picky about where I spend my money. I've worked with Issa, Janelle and now Brittany and I've never had an issue with any of them. They care about you as a customer. While I was there yesterday Janelle had remembered things a customer had told them in a story from a previous visit. I also seen both Janelle and Brittany both set reminders on their phones for things they had to get done for customers. I appreciate the extra effort they go in making sure their customer is satisfied. I won't go anywhere else and it's because of the customer service. Sincerely, Bret Heckler

Even though I was very upset to find out the previous store manager Issa is no longer at this location I still had a great experience with janell. She is absolutely sweet and helpful, she always goes above and beyond to make sure our business is well taken care of. I got a new phone and she helped me set everything up, from my emails to our security system that was set up on my phone. If you go to this store only deal with janell i promise that you will not regret it.

This is the VERY BEST store for your Sprint products! We have never been disappointed and always leave feeling so good about our visit! The staff will exceed your expectations every time you walk in their door. They will be able to take care of any need or issue that you have and they always do it with Courtesy and Respect! Whatever your Sprint needs are, drive to the New Hudson Sprint store just South of I-96 and you will be so happy that you did!
