I wouldn't say that the staff was rude necessarily but, they didn't want to lose the business of people walking in so after my pedicure they put me to the side to wait for my manicure. 
After waiting 45 minutes for a manicure I just paid and left without it. I won't be going back.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because they didn't prep my hands in anyway via massage, pushing cuticles or soaking in warm water. Otherwise I don't understand the 1 star reviews, like you must've went on a bad or busy day.

They except walk-ins but you have to sit there and wait a whole hour for them to do your nails. I got up and left.

Absolutely HORRIBLE and disappointing service. If I could rate with no stars I would. Everyone in this nail salon could take a lesson in customer service skills. My sister went in for a manicure and pedicure, the water was too cold at her pedicure station so they poured scolding HOT water on her feet. The young girl that did her nails was beyond rude and disrespectful. I will never again waste my time or money at D and J Nails in Apopka. There are numerous other nail shops like VIP (Tony's) by Publix.
