I will not ever recommend such a nasty demeaning property manager such as Debby. She is VERY RUDE and has no manners what so ever! I don’t understand why people continue to give her business. Thankfully we have moved away from the house and our new landlord is amazing. Do not use this woman and if she is the property manager of a house you would like to rent, RUN.. That is the best advice that I can give. Good luck.

"Debbye" was extremely nasty to me on the phone, when I asked her a simple question about a listing (repair of a dangerous broken fence in the backyard). First, she said that I didn't leave my name during my voice message (which I did, but she was probably listening while driving, like women do ;) , then, she just blurted out "do you have a name?". After some awkward moments of silence, she answered a few questions in a most rude and impudent manner, sounding extremely annoyed the whole time. Apparently, her parents didn't teach her any manners, so she either needs to learn some, or find a new line of work. But I hear Petsmart offers classes for her type.. I would never do business with a person as hateful as she is.

Debbye has been our property manager for 5 years and has been wonderful. She always places great tenants. Last tenants we had she gave them the opportunity to repair a couple things before filing it against their deposit. She is very fair to not only the owners, but also the tenants. She is also good to keep in touch with you. If anything should need to be taken care of, she has them seen to quickly.
