Very rude. Tell you one thing and changes the whole story and screws me over. And when I am clearly upset don’t do anything to make it better but decides to hang up on me. Definitely don’t recommend. Also no fruad protection either. Have had that multiple issues. It’s just nonstop issues and rudeness.

Teller made 2 different errors within a month shorting us on deposits. When we confronted them with this issue, they told us that the deposits were correct. Luckily my wife called and had them pull the checks to verify, and were not apologetic at all, claiming it's our responsibility to verify deposit slips. Very disappointed and wanted anyone reading reviews to be aware of this.

I opened my 1st checking account with Dakota bank when I was just a young one.   It doesn't matter whether I'm going to the Dacotah bank in my home town or in my current place I have always been greeted with a smile and they know me by name.   When my son and daughter are old enough I hope they choose to bank there as well.

They know you by name, haves smiles, happy, and glad to help.
