By far my favorite bank that I have ever banked at!!! Everyone is always so cheerful and has always made me feel welcomed. You can definitely tell they care about there customers! The staff is wonderful! Never have I ever experienced a bad trip there. Everyone always has a smile that reaches ear to ear! & there’s definitely always a hand out to help!!!

Has the best customer service and smiles of any bank in town! The tellers are awesome, especially Juli, she sure knows how to put a smile on someone’s face! Wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else. Very efficient and organized. Love the personal feeling of a smaller bank.

Security National Bank still preserves the Customer Service dedication it has always been known to have! They know our names, they ask about our family and genuinely care. When I have a question, they immediately give me the person with that answer! From the drive up, and lobby to Investment banking, they have been extraordinary!

Employees are friendly, but that's the only thing this bank has going for them. They don't even offer basic services that other banks do for free. They have fees for every little thing which they fail to mention when you sign up. Their ATM availability is terrible.

This branch goes above and beyond in everything they do! Not only is the staff professional, but they actually care about their customers. Definitely one of the best banks I have ever been to.

Excellent Customer Servicer with wonderful smiles. Great remembering customers names unlike other bank that doesn't even remember their recurrent customers.

Cristine was amazing to work with. She took her time to make sure that my mom understood everything.

I've tried other banks but SNB is the one I stuck with. I've never had a problem with them, and they're always helpful.
