Fast, friendly, and fabulous. We were asked 3 times by staff if we had been helped, and the portions were really great. Out of all Dairy Queen's in the area, this one is by far the best. We have found our "go to" ice cream treat place.

Less than satisfactory, Slow and NEVER get the order right. So I got charged extra because I ORDERED EXTRA cookie dough and ended up with a half made blended ice cream with barely any cookie dough. Certainly not even a sub par blizzard, barely blended ice cream.

I ordered dinner and ice cream for my family (3 people) A bacon cheese burger meal with a Coke, a 6 piece chicken strip basket with a mellow yellow, a 2 piece chicken strip kids meal with fries, a chocolate milk and a dilly bar (I was told I couldn't get the dip cone upside down in a cup). Then I ordered a medium mint shake and a medium banana split blizzard. It took 15 minutes to get my ice cream and food. The ice cream was done in about 5 minutes. Then I was handed the chicken strip basket and a bag. When I asked for my pop I was handed the coke. When I asked for the rest I was told that is all I had. The kids inside were all leaning against the counter talking and laughing and obviously didn't care. I wasn't going to argue over a pop. When I got home we were also short the fry from the burger meal and the Chocolate milk and fry from the kids meal. The banana split blizzard wasn't mixed and when I did mix it there was no toppings other than chocolate. I will never go to this location again! And I will tell others not to go to this location.

Third time they've ran out of hotdog buns. Ordered chicken tenders, it was dry, almost leathery, as if it was sitting under the heat lamp for half the day. Tray came out greasy and dirty like they don't wash anything...yuck! Management, straighten your people out! I don't know if this location is corporate or a franchise, but I'll  certainly drive an extra 10 minutes to the Blaine location.
