Went tonight to get 2 large Blizzards....my mistake was going through the drive thru....Mr Lintner needs to get a new speaker! I had to yell my order to the male clerk twice and he still didn't get it right. So a female clerk tried to take my order. When I got home I still didn't have the right Blizzards!!! Do NOT go to the Gahanna DQ at night or at least NOT thru the drive thru.

... Never really have a problem with service..People are great with customer service.. I personally love the $5.00 lunch bucket and the cupcake just like one of the ice cream cakes .. Yummy!!!

Only teenagers in extremely tight shorts (I mean tight shorts) work here. Gave me an my girl additude when we ordered. Got a lunch box. Picture showed a burger with everything on it. When we finally got are food my burger was meat an cheese only. Went to the counter to ask what happened. The young boy behind the counter did come over to me for 3or 4 mins. He was talking to some little girl about school. When he did... he did come over I asked where was the rest. He asked me what was suppose to be on it. ( Really boy. If u don't know who does!) He took the buyer an asked the cook. He took it then I watched the cook put ketup lettuce and tomato on it wrap it up an throw it in the microwave for what had to be 3 mins. When I got it back it was so hot and the bun was a rock. Throw it in the trash and watched my wife try to eat hers. BOOOOOOOOOOO. IF YOU Aren't IN HIGH SCHOOL DONT GO HERE!!!!!

Went here with my sister earlier today and we each got a royal blizzard. I opened mine to eat it and it spilled all over me because the ice cream is clearly not kept cold enough. So I clean up the mess and start eating and guess what? NO PEANUT BUTTER CORE. That's right, the only thing that distinguishes royal blizzards from regular ones and it was freaking missing. My sister couldn't even eat hers because her ice cream was so MELTED AND LIQUIDY that it split her cup completely open inside the bag. But that wasn't the only problem. The worker copped an attitude when I tried to double check the order and when I called to complain they told me I must have ordered it wrong and that I didn't eat the blizzard fast enough so it melted. LIKE WHAT?! And then refused to replace the order or give some sort of compensation!! First time at this location and we will definitely NOT be coming back. 0/10 bad service and bad food quality.
