Enjoyed a business lunch here but felt the pizza proved average and the service only ok. Our deep dish pizza took what felt a long time to arrive and no waitstaff service. Not sure I would dine here again.

The pizza here is amazing. They are very generous with toppings, and have a great selection. Every inch of our pepperoni pizza was layered with meat. Do not miss this great staple of Columbus!

The lunch buffet is a stampede and so poorly organized. I tried to stop for a quick bite at lunch and the layout of their buffet causes a complete cluster of people at the front door. They just have no sense of how the traffic flow of people makes it so difficult to get food and beverage and sit for a relaxed meal. It was somewhat busy but it was clear to me that management is clueless on how their customers feel like their in a rodeo. Please look at your buffet and make both sides accessible and move it from the front door. I had a terrible experience. Food...only decent.

Last Thursday, I called Massey's Pizza in Grove City and asked them about reserving a "party room" for 30 to 40 people. They told me they do not take reservations but they did have a heated patio that could accommodate our group and we just needed to send someone over early and they could hold it for us. That is what we planned to do since someone HAD to be at the restaurant to hold it. Turns out.....apparently that is not true. I called them today just to give them a courteous heads up and a more firm count only to learn someone had RESERVED the patio for a party of 30!?!?!?! When I inquired how that is possible when I was told something completely different they did not have an answer other than a woman called "earlier this week". When I explained I had called on 2/1 (confirming with my cell phone history) they had nothing to offer - not even an opportunity to make it right by reserving a different area within the restaurant. So, we will take our business elsewhere and I hope you too will remember this as you choose your future dining establishments! Very disappointing for me but certainly will be more disappointing for the 15 kids who thought they were having their end of season pizza party tonight!

Been coming to this location forever. But today was the worst experience ever and I will never spend another penny at any Massey's. All I did was question the manager Nick about why they were trying to charge $2 for water and why if there was no where to sit in the restaurant they would still take our dine in order? It was 4:45 and they had an entire section blocked off for a party at 6. Said we wouldn't be done in a timely manner and they wouldn't have time to clean. Nick said it is the customers responsibility to see that there is seating available and that we should know that. Nick proceeded to raise his voice and curse at me. He then refused to serve us and refunded my mother in-laws money without telling anyone. When she asked for a receipt to know she wasn't being charged he had more attitude about that. We have come here at least twice a month as a family for the past 5 years. I will NEVER visit Massey's again anywhere. This general manager has no business interacting with customers. We have put up with long waits before but this is by far the worst experience. I would not recommend ever coming to Gahanna. If you must have Massey's I really enjoy Grove City and Powell. As for me and my family they have lost a long term customer. But as Nick put it..."We won't be missed"!!!
