Was thinking about giving this place a one star for waiting over 25 minutes for a burger and fries, but the manager came out and apologized to everyone for the wait times, there were only 3 people working while there were probably 20 people. Everything came out fresh and hot. Would still back

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The place is filthy. Very rude. Counter tops filled with food from making blizzards all day, just sitting there.. in the eating area we couldn't find a clean area to sit. Had them make a blizzard twice bc it was just liquid looting out of the cup. Lady came in the eating area, looked around & pushed chairs in, didn't even think about wiping down tables then goes outside for a break. Worst DQ I've ever been to.

Since we don't have many food choices here dairy queen feels they can be chincy and have no care put into their food. My food is cold, chicken strips teeny tiny and gravy is crusty! Went 3 weeks ago and they only gave me 1 chicken and a handful of fries in my chicken strip box that was supposed to be 6 strips and toast, they made it right but just gave me pieces of bread, no toast. Yes we give them business because we support local but we are done and will just drive to monticello or elk river for food.

Gave it 4 cuz nobody's perfect. This is our local drive-thru place for burgers. My only suggestion would be to keep the drive-thru window clean at all times.  The people there are really upbeat and courteous when we go.

First of all they charged me for three ranches they only gave me two second I got a six piece chicken strip basket and two of the chicken strips were  about the size of a golf ball,  third my toast was old and stale wasn’t crunchy it was stale  and forth I got a pop and 3/4 of it was ice .  I’ve gone to this Dairy Queen so many times and always been wild and amazed by how good they do but today I was very upset.  The guy on drive-through even asked me twice how many ranch cups I wanted and I said three both times
