We sat in entry at tables to eat our pizza. Upon starting to eat it didnt taste right. Looked at the crust and it was clear and gooey. Went to tell and show girl inside a piece of the pizza.  Was told that was the way it was suppose to look. Looking at the inside of the sausage, what there was of any, that was also pink inside. Very poor service  love pizza pub. Big lake location is nothing like Pine City, Cambridge or Mora.

Our family loves your pizza! We grew up in Corcoran, MN, and we had a local pizza joint called Country Pizza. They closed down a while ago, after years of service. When we moved to Big Lake in 2016, we ordered your pizza first and were amazed! It tastes just like our old town pizza joint. We’ve since tried all the pizza in the area and you still remain our favorite. Keep up the great work!

Overpriced pizza and below average quality.  You can find better frozen pizza at a fraction of the cost.  First time ordering because we heard the pizza was good and nearly didn't order because of the prices but we thought we would give it a chance. Ordered the XL meat lovers and picked it up and knew it wasn't going to be good before I even looked at it based on the weight. Needless to say we won't go back.

The absolute best pizza in the area! Great service and fresh toppings!!! They know how to make a great pie!!

I called to order a pizza last night at 9:30 and was told it was too close to closing to deliver a pizza. Closing is at 10 pm. Bad customer service. In my opinion, if I called at 9:45 pm you should have taken my order and delivered my pizza. I ordered from Pizza Factory and found out that their combination pizza is better and cheaper and they deliver when you want to order at 9:30 pm.
