I was hungry so I stopped by, the food was okay. Service was good. But hygiene is lacking at this restaurant. Workers and managers go outside for breaks to smoke with friends, then come inside and prepare the meals without washing up. Uniforms are dirty, no hair nets are worn (but not sure if that's a requirement ) so it looks like some of the workers just wake up and come to work. There is no pride in being clean here.
There is no ketchup in the bottles that are on the tables. The napkins are cut with scissors to make 3 napkins out of 1 regular one, as if they are going thru budget cuts. This place has gone down hill fast in the last couple years, especially now. We actually felt nauseous eating there and watching all this going on. We decided as a family not to stop at this restaurant anymore.

Went for their new summer shakes only to find out they didn't have all the ingredients what BS. I ordered a medium and was given a small but did get refunded the difference. Counter girl not very friendly and spoke so softly I could barely hear her. Get with it DQ

I can't stand this dairy queen anymore. Every time I go there its a problem. I had went one time ordered my food through the drive-thru I was asked to pull around which was not a problem I probably sat there a good 20 minutes and my food never came out. So I went inside to ask about my food and they haven't even started making my food yet. I went tonight they were too busy talking over me while I was trying to place the order of the food that I was buying and that I was eating so she got my order wrong. She tried to say it was a miscommunication but no it was not. You were not listening to me you were too busy talking over me and cutting me off . I had to go back up there and get a refund which she didn't even know how to refund it back onto my card that she took it off of. This is the worst Dairy Queen in this city. Save your money don't go here. I will be calling the district manager tomorrow. Hopefully it's the right phone number since nobody that works in there knows anybody's number that's higher than them.

This place is the hottest of hot garbage. Unfortunately, I keep forgetting that I hate this place. They mix up sizes, flavors, or items all the time. They never have lids for the blizzards, with ice cream piled over the top, so unless I love next door, I have a sticky mess. It's, it's just terrible. There's a thousand places I'd suggest going before you resorted to going here. I would give negative stars if I could.

The staff which mostly consists of what seem to be high schoolers and fresh college kids are always messing around, having a good time, and are not customer service focused. 3 out of 3 trips something was always wrong.

Ranging from items being made wrong, to taking up to 12 minutes for a single vanilla shake, with no drive through line, no inside customers, and 3 staff behind the counter.

Absolutely needs to be re-structured from the ground up with a serious change in focus on customer service.
