I ordered from here the first month I moved to cove. Absolutely under standard for food service. The shrimp fried rice was boiled. Not even fried..The hot and sour soup was basically chicken soup. No idea what's going on with the place but I won't ever eat here again. I got so sick that day. It's a real turn off.

We've ordered from here quite a few times since moving to Cove 3 years ago and never had a problem until tonight. When the order arrived the price was higher than it should've been so my husband checked the receipt against our online order. They had forgotten part of our order and added something we hadn't ordered. We had the driver call the store back to explain what happened and when he got on the phone with them they said they would take back the portion we hadn't ordered and re-deliver what they had missed within an hour. Husband told them to take back what had been brought and bring us our entire order when it was complete. They refused to do so and said they would just cancel the order. We were fine with that but then my husband called back to speak with manager and when told that he had already spoken with the manager he asked to speak with the owner. The person on the phone became very rude and then just hung up on him! We will be calling the BBB and never ordering food again from this place!!

This place is great! Don't listen to the negative reviews most of them say that they loved it every time they've gone there and then one experience they had was undesirable.. Typical first world complaining BS 
Seriously best Chinese I've had in awhile, go inside and try the Garlic chicken 
My family are for 15 dollars and we were more then satisfied! 
Will be going back!

I've never been inside but always get it delivered and it's been correct every time no issues drivers are pretty chill... great for when I don't feel like cooking

I just love Chinese food, I use to live in Killeen Texas, my wife and I would get our Chinese food from walk on fire, China stare! Then we moved to Copperas cove Texas and we were told if you want some of the best Chinese food in the world to try Hot Wok! They even deliver and fast! If you want some fresh and hot food in the restaurant or delivered to your house or business they can do it all and talk about some nice and friendly drivers! They try to get your food to you in a timely fashion! They are the best in the price for food and delivery fees are not that bad either! So if you want to try some great food try some from Hot Wok!
