We love Taqueria. Since we've lived here in Cove and started going, this restaurant has really improved. We try to go about once a week. They have some very nice and really attentive wait staff. The variety of sauces they bring out with their warm chips are the best. Last time I ordered the fajitas with chicken, beef, mushrooms, and cheese (don't remember what they're called). They were excellent. I don't typically like charro beans, but theirs rock. And! I'm pretty sure that as of late they are making their tortillas in house. That's definitely a plus.

My husband and I use to come here right up to when he deployed this past June. Well he just got back so naturally we had to go eat! We were pleasantly surprised with a new staff and new management. Everyone was very attentive/friendly and the food was a great improvement! Both of us will continue to come here as long as my husband is stationed in the area. I'd highly recommend!

Everything I've tried here is very good. My favorites are the chicken quesadillas and tortilla soup. Chips & salsas served before the meal are very good, too. Service is usually excellent, but always fast and friendly.

Decided to try this place out and so glad we did. Everyone was so attentive and nice. They seemed to help each other out which is how employees are supposed to treat and act towards each other. Food and service was great! Will be returning.

I have been coming here for years and tonight my experience was so terrible I will never return. I should never visit an establishment and be forced to listen to employee's yelling and cursing. This was my mothers day meal with my family and it was ruined. Instead of apogizing your server I confronted wanted to argue he wasn't cursing and continued to argue about it until we were out the door. We did recieve our cold salsa and it seemed very watered down like maybe there wasn't enough and they were trying to make it stretch. I will drive to killeen to eat from now on.
