They should just close this location. Asked for a waffle cone that's on the menu... THEY DON'T HAVE ANY. Asked for the $5 BBQ bacon as advertised on the commercial THEY DON'T HAVE ANY. Asked for a tea... THEY DON'T HAVE ANY. so I ask for Hi-c and guess what... THEY DON'T HAVE ANY. Nothing says I don't give a damn like the service this location offers. Smh

Could be a great dairy queen if managment would put a little effort into their store. The service on this night March 24 was awful. A Friday night and only 2 people running the front. The 2 kids running the front had i could careless attitude.

Hispanic cashier rude to customers. Black employee in bu. Hoodie rude and spit on me. I swear the cashier wrote down my cc# to use. Credit card fraud. Overall people are horrible

The service was ok. I definitely got a good blizzard, the people I was with enjoyed theirs too. Unfortunately, the bathroom was in desperate need of maintenance/updating and the floors were sticky throughout the store. I wouldn't mind going back but if there was another near by I'd avoid this place simply for its lack of cleanliness and feeling of "quality".
