This place is over rated. I have always heard how good the fish was here. Today I went for the first time. I was so disappointed. Good thing I have some strong teeth because my fish was fried until there was no fish left anymore. It was over cooked until a fish flavored crunchy thing was left. The French fries were over cooked and were hard and dry. If you insist on serving homemade tartar sauce, then it needs to be kept refrigerated. The staff needs to be more friendly to your customers. It is rude to hand a customer their order then go hide out where you can't be seen. Make sure the customer has everything they needs and walks out the door before you begin to socialize with your co-workers. I had to wait 20 mins for dry over cooked food and then i had to wait until you came out of hiding again to get ketchup and sauce? Needless to say this was my first and last visit. There are other places that really know how to cook this type of fish to order. Maybe you should get in touch with them for pointers so the fish want be so hard, dry, and over cooked?

Food is always fresh! My favorite is the catfish nuggets. And the cool-aid mixed with their homemade lemonade.

The food here is some of the best I have ever had. The prices are good as well. The customer service on the other had had to be the worst anywhere. Rude teenagers that have no idea what it means to take care of the customer. With better customer service I’d give 5 starts with no problem.

Friendly service, good portions reasonable cost. The deep fryers could have had the oil changed. Old grease upsets my stomach.

Invited my husband here because I remember the tenders were great, but the place was dirty, the music was too loud, there was no one tending to customers, the employees were in the back laughing and giggling. It took almost 5 minutes to get their attention that we were there. My toddler had to use the restroom and restrooms are outside in the back of the restaurant and are DISGUSTING! My husband's fish was severely dry and overcooked and it took over 25 minutes to get the order. The employees here will hide out in the back somewhere so good luck getting what you want from here. Never again.
