Walked into Dakmak performance a little over a year ago, Neal owner and trainer is a higlhy knowleable trainer, he helped me a lot in coming back from an injury, as well as developing my strength and technique. He is dedicated and professional y the way he handles his business and client relationships. Results are 100% guaranteed. I started at Dakmak Performance a little over a year ago. With his knowledge and dedication he has guided me through a complete mind and body transformation. I started with a torn calf muscle and 80 lbs overweight. It was very difficult to play tennis because I was no longer in shape and overweight. I was looking to get into shape and lose weight in order to play tennis again. Through education of diet and excercise he has helped me to shed 50 lbs, rehabilitate my torn calf muscle and increase my overall physical and mental strength. He is truly dedicated in improving his clients quality of life through fitness and diet. This gym provides not only powerlifting, but also performance fitness and just a great place to be. The comaradie and support at Dakmak is both empowering and inspriring. Neal is one of the most genuine people I have encountered. He is such an inspriation by not only helping others reach their goal but reaching his own personal goals. If you want to make a change and get into the best shape of your life, Dakmak Performance is where you need to be to start your journey.

Neal Dakmak, owner and personal trainer, knows his stuff. Whether you are a powerlifter looking to increase your lifts or a desk jockey looking to get into shape, he will be able to help you. Neal has exceptional people skills and his charismatic encouragement will inspire you to reach your goals. If you are looking for a personal trainer and/or are sick of commercial gyms, you should definitely check out Dakmak Performance, who knows, he just might convince you to compete in a powerlifting meet.

Neal knows his stuff, I've been around a gym on/off for 28 years and thought I'd seen most everything, but in the first 3 sessions at Dakmak Neal has shown me 2 dozen new things and corrected several moves I thought I had down pat.
