What a wonderful 6 week journey! I wanted to do something different to help me lose weight and understand the true definition of staying fit. I signed up for the transformation fitness challenge, not knowing this would be the best decision I ever made. I gained 43 pounds post-flood; the heaviest, I've ever been. All the trainers, nutritionists, staff and members were amazing. They really make you feel like family. The educational values and vibes were everything. I'm so grateful for this amazing transformation, 23.8 pounds lost in 6 weeks! I'm looking forward to the next 6 weeks!

After trying many diets, I joined the 6 week challenge. The workouts are not easy but effective, the meal plan is easy to follow and gives lots of variety, the staff is always available to answer questions, and the weekly weigh ins hold you accountable to stick to the plan. It is never easy to lose 20 lbs, but Transform FX Fitness gives you all the tools necessary to do it. All participants are there with the same goal and support each other. I recommend it every day.

I saw a video about Transform FX on Facebook and on a whim decided to come see what it was about. I am so thankful that I did because my experience so far has been amazing. It is a very relaxed place where you feel comfortable asking questions and you always receive great and helpful information. While it is a relaxed and comfortable environment, it is by no means relaxed during the workouts!!! The trainers are amazing when it comes to motivating you to get through a workout and do your best. I can't wait to do my next 6 week challenge with them. Throughout my first two 6 week challenges, I lost 60 pounds and 22.3 inches and I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without this gym!

I am happy with my weight loss thus far. It was a struggle to keep up, but the motivation from the other participants is what kept me going. It is a blessing to get encouragement from people who you do not know. The instructors were very educational and concerned (that circle). The diet was user friendly, but to each its own. I read a lot of ways to do things with the food and I learned how to eat healthier. I am truly looking forward to my second round. It will be a harder round.....but I am ready.

Love TFX! My favorite is the workouts-never boring! Love the trainers who are always encouraging and pushing you to do your best and not quit. It's the only gym I never felt intimidated walking in to. Everyone there is in the same boat. They keep you accountable with your weight every week. They truly are on your side and want you to succeed!
