We had one of our semis in their shop for a warranty repair that should have taken 3 hours.  We left the truck their over night.  We assumed it was complete.  Our driver went to the service counter, was told the keys were in it & drove off.  It died 3 times on the way back.  The Service Manager told us it wasn't done & he assumed someone told us that.  I asked Dakota Diesel to provide a tow truck at their expense, and they refused.  Unbelievably poor customer service and quality control

Everyone from the time you walk in, until you leave, is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Receptionist, parts and service. I highly recommend Dakota Diesel.
