Horrible. Had my windshield changed out after taking a large rock to the right side. The windshield squeaked constantly. Had it pulled a second time and installed in my heated shop, and let it sit for 3 days and it's worse. 
The manager said he would get back to me after he found out more on what to do. Let's just say I finally called him after waiting two weeks. Now it's gonna cost me the 300+ for the original and then another 800 for a factory one...that I might as well have Toyota install. 
If you have a nice vehicle don't cut corners or go with somebody that won't back up there work.

I am with an insurance agency in Minnesota. One of my customers suffered a broken windshield while working at a job site in a small town in North Dakota. Expert Auto Glass was the ONLY glass company in a wide area that was willing to travel that far to replace one windshield. And I called around to a whole lot of different shops in ND and MT.  So glad that there is a company like this that understands the customer's situation and is willing to go the extra mile (literally) to provide service.

I came in with a nasty chip, and received expert advice. I was advised that it couldn't be fixed and that to try was a waste of money because of how badly the glass was chipped out. I was then advised to wait until it cracked out to replace it. I appreciate getting advice that is best for me: they could have tried to fix it and charged me, and I would not have known the difference. Thanks for honest, good service!!
