Been twice. Once for engine inframe...they put cooling fan assembly back together incorrectly and it shattered, making holes in my radiator. They said it wasn't their problem. I also had a sensor changed a separate occasion, overcharged me three fold on labor. STAY AWAY!

You wait around a ton while they look at you. Aka terrible customer service. There repairs are okay at best. Had them do my trailer shocks and they bent in the metal that holds them in place. Had them put locking latches on my trailer tool box and they used screws. So if someone really wants to get in it they can just unscrew the latches. I would think anyone would know that. I feel like they really just don't care.
