My cats wanted to surprise me so they etched their names in the lense, it was a nice gesture but I could not see out of them real well. I called the north store and they ordered the replacements lense. It took less then a week and I got a call saying they were in. I went up there and within a half hour they were done. The person that helped me was super nice and knew what she was doing. The insurance covered the replacement so it did not cost my cats their allowance to get them fixed.. I have always had good service and everyone I have dealt with is friendly and knows what they are doing. Thank you

I have been going to Dakota Eye Institute for many years. I have never been received in such a friendly and personal manner. I am very impressed with ALL the staff that serve me. My doctors are Dr. Volk and Dr. Balliet and I am certain I could find no one better and I have heard similar reports from others going to Dakota Eye Institute about their doctors.
