The homes Damar builds are very nice.  However, please understand that he only builds basic floorplans and upgrades are extra.  For example, he puts in 13 SEER HVAC systems when you will save a lot of money by upgrading to a 15, 16, or 18 SEER system.  Additionally, I would strongly encourage a thorough home inspection prior to closing, as getting issues corrected afterwards is not as enjoyable as getting it corrected prior to moving in.

Finally, be wary of hidden costs with buying into a developing community with an "HOA"  offered by this builder.  We have discovered the hard way that our HOA fees do not come close to covering the required insurance, common area maintenance and upkeep, and associated governmental regulations for monitoring.
