Great roofing company, polite and neat workers that made sure the lawn was cleaned every day after they finished work. Love the new metal roof people keep stopping by to comment on its looks. Would recommend to family and friends

Great price (got a few quotes), great roof so far. Awesome company. I got the .32 standing seam aluminum roof to deal with beachside salt air. I'd recommend to any friends that want to upgrade.

I got a Spilker Special roof, for sure. This company is TERRIBLE! They installed the wrong kind of venting for my water heater and Furnace, they didn't use the proper materials or methods. I found that the furnace and water heater pipe were not clearing the roof line, the heat ended up charring the underside of the roof deck boards in my attic. That could have cause a fire! They also installed the roof improperly so massive amounts of water damage have occurred, they told me they don't do soffits and fascia, really? What a joke. Gross negliance, poor attitude, terrible company. They like to take short cuts and charge full price for lackluster products and service. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

This was my second house to get a new roof from Spilker Roofing. The previous house was sold and when we bought this house, I knew from the beginning I wanted another metal roof and Spilker was going to do it. They are simply the best I've seen and have very reasonable prices. They not only installed standing seam metal on my house but repaired a significant amount of rotten wood found. They are very professional and superb craftsmen. I've sent two people to them now for their roof replacements and they too were very pleased with the craftsmanship of the final product. I very highly recommend this company.
