I needed an appointment right away. They were able to get out that very same day. They gave a 2 hour window of arrival and showed up on time. I was very impressed with the technician he was able to take out a stain another company said was permanent. I was quoted a price before they arrived and it was the same price I paid when they left. I highly recommend this company.

I've been using CarpetCraft for 13 years exclusively and the dry clean system dries in a matter of hours and the stain removal is amazing!  John is always so helpful and has saved my carpets SO many times.  I recommend him and his company to all my customers because the cleaning is superior to any other carpet cleaning service I ever used in the past, his prices are better, and he always fits me in so quickly!

Had both cars as well as the entire house done. One room I figured give cleaning a try before replacing the carpet after an old pet owner roommate moved out, was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Affordable and punctual, definitely will be calling again.

Carpet Craft inc. did a great job. Showed up time. Removed all the stains from the carpet. It dried quick ( in about an hour) and smelled good with a pleasant citrus scent. Cleaned and conditioned leather furniture and was one of the only carpet cleaning companies in Brevard county that was able to clean your wool oriental rugs in your home. No need to take them away and bring them back.
