This place is very dishonest and unprofessional!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased on 07/29 a 2007 Nissan Murano from Bo which we discussed a price of 7900.00.This man charged my card on this same date and AFTER he charged my card 3,500.00 he told me we will do paperwork on Monday. I explained to him I have a auto immune disease and need surgery, this is a small town, there are not enough doctors and I needed it for back and forth to see other doctors until I move.This man ran my card and told me we will do paperwork on Monday and I was very uncomfortable but he told me he’s been in business for 20 yrs andI believed him. He finally came to pick me up for the paperwork after knowing my work schedule, 20 mins before I must go to work on Wednesday, 5 days AFTER charging my card.When I came to fill out the paperwork there was the tags and fees applied along with a 899.00 doc fee, I told him I am not comfortable signing this with no time to read, he took me home and came back the next day now 5 days later.He explained the 899 was a loan fee mind you he was charging me 28.% interest a total of 84 dollars a month and I agreed to the interest bc I was explained by David his representative that the interest accrued daily and the sooner I pay the less interest accrued since the plan was to pay until March when I could pay it off.The understanding was clearly I would not pay for interest not accrued.When I got to the paperwork saying I cannot sue him I did not agree to sign it. Bo walked in and snatched the paper out of my hand and ripped it up and yelled at me to FIND A RIDE HOME.Mind you by now my 5 year old child is crying and terrified.I told him fine give me money back and he REFUSED.I called the cops.Proof that NO PAPERWORK WAS SIGNED YET AND HE CHARGED MY CARD.When the cops came I explained and I wanted my money back, they spoke with him behind closed doors and they then came back and told me he still wants to do the paperwork with you or you would have to leave for trespassing.I told them how can he charge me without a contract and then tell me I can’t sue him and when I ask for my money back he but offered to finish signing paperwork I do not agree to.They told me I can actually take him to arbitration not a courthouse so I was so shaken I mean I need surgery in my neck and couldn’t believe all this is happened, I agreed. He even told me I will give you an additional 1000.00 off if I pay indeed within the year the whole amount off in writing. First week, the truck was overheating and when I called him that Sunday he told me it was the thermostat and he would pick up the car on Monday to take care of it.By Wednesday I’m calling and he is avoiding me completely while we are on a category 5 hurricane watch, by Friday I was so upset that this man was asking me for pictures of the overheating as if he didn’t know exactly what the issue was when I called him, I told him I was not going to jump thru hurdles when he has put me off for 5 days.He texted me that the truck is as is and if I’m not comfortable driving this car to leave the city due to a hurricane that I should take my old car, I have texts as proof, I was so offended and felt conned.I took care of it before the hurricane MYSELF.Then the tags he didn’t do until 3 days before the date they expired after avoiding me for 2 weeks!!The last straw was when I have been diligently making my payments way before the due date, to have the least interest accrued as was explained to me by David.I called to make my 3rd payment on the 16th of October and mind you my pymt isn’t due until the 29th and I requested receipts for the last 2 pymts they send me a receipt that has an incorrect balance I mean it is ALL WRONG.They are including all of the interest that isn’t even accrued in the balance!!I am still waiting for a call,I contact the BBB!He is threatening to repo when I’m not even late he’s a CON!I will sue if needed!Please see the YELP and yellow pages review that has all screenshots as PROOF. Harassing me to remove my reviews and hes A racist disgusting person.
