If I could give LESS than one star, I would. This place is horrible. I unfortunately have no control over having to stay at this ratchet “resort” as my company is paying for the rooms while I work a town over. This is our THIRD week staying at the same hotel and it has been hell trying to check in every time. It takes at least 45 minutes to check in. The room itself is horrible, it I guess it get the cheap ass rate you pay for. I have also stayed in the Golden Moon, for about 6 weeks and it was even worse there. Whoever is over the hotel part of this company needs to go to collage or at least get some training. They can never find our reservations, usually give us the wrong room (I request a king and get two singles) and there is always something broken in the room. The WORST part is my company has spent THOUSANDS of dollars to this place because they are the cheapest rooms in the area...yet whenever we have a problem there is ZERO customer service from anyone that works the front desk at either hotel. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for the Holiday Inn or ANYWHERE but Pearl River Resort.

Room was clean and very nice. Everything was in there that should have been. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Because they are kind polite professional and always nice to us whenever we stay there it always feels like home away from home. Thanks to all of the staff we enjoy each trip we feel so Welcome we often feel safe being retired and taking care of my elderly Mother we often enjoy getting away from the ragging city.

Had a great stay.. Rooms came with much needed fridge and microwave. Comfy beds and a lot of space..

Hotel needs to be updated!! Smells old! Our room had sooo many stains on the floors! The people above us were running back in the early hours of morning. The staff weren’t as helpful about it. We also was told that we had a free room and then when we arrived we were then told “No it was a reduced rate only”. Bed was comfy, bathroom clean, but I Was not happy overall. My experience with pearl river resort as whole was not good. From arguing with reservations staff, to a atm machine in casino not giving me money and just charging my card! Won’t stay there again. Not sure if I will come back to casino.
