Love Dania- They are attentive while not being over salesy or pressuring you to make a purchase. Great store, big selection. We found the perfect couch and had it delivered within a couple of days to our home. Delivery was great no issues- they even came earlier (they called to make sure your home)! They put together your furniture and leave no packaging behind.

Love this place! Awesome customer service and people. They went out of their way to accommodate me and I’m very satisfied with the items I have received! Make sure to check out both floors of product, there is a ton of selection!

I've visited both the downtown Seattle and Ravenna/Green Lake stores and had pleasant experiences both times. The staff are attentive, but don't smother you and allow you to browse freely. I researched what I wanted ahead of time online and knew which sectional couch I wished to purchase. Ti'Aundra Wright at the Ravenna/Green Lake store was super helpful, courteous, so funny, and kind in helping me finalize the order. She was patient with my questions and gave me all the information I needed to ensure a smooth delivery. I love the sectional I purchased. The delivery was also accurate (within the window they gave me), quick, and quality service. The two guys they sent were in and out within twenty minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Front desk staff are nice, but store pickup was a disaster. Waited 30 minutes in loading zone for somebody to come out with our couch. Store was empty. Very badly managed.
