I like Pottery Barn in general, but I had a very poor experience at this location. Selection was good and their products are solid quality, but after I decided on a shelf, some linens, and a bar table, we were checking out and the lady kept missing things. I had to remind her of a sale that she forgot to calculate in and of multiple items she forgot to get from the back room. She made a joke about it being the end of her shift which is all well and good but then we were trying to make sure they got the right shelf from the back and she kept saying "It must be the espresso" which didn't sound right so we kept trying to verify but she was pretty adamant so we assumed she knew what she was talking about. I wish she hadn't been to lazy to go back and check to make sure she was ordering the right shelf, because she sold us the wrong one and the bar table we ordered was missing it's hardware (the screws and that kind of thing) so we had to go out of our way the next day to retrieve the stuff we should have gotten the first time around when we only had three days with a rental car to move into Seattle.

Registered here for our wedding. Helpful staff but there weren't nearly enough of them when we were there. They made a mistake setting up our registry so we couldn't access online but the manage called in for us and worked it out.

Beautiful store and nice selection of linens and other household decor. The customer service is quite sleepy here.

Bigger store selection than Bellevue but temporarily closed from Feb - June 2017

The guy in the front desk has zero customer service skills. It doesn't seem like he wants to sell anything in the store.
