I came here looking for a casual boot. The sales person pointed me to two boots and walked away without assisting with finding the correct size or any alternatives. I've had better service and selection at department store shoe sections.

We rented 7 tuxedo's for our wedding and the experience was miserable from start to end. The staff argues with us over preference and taste. If we weren't up their butt's complimenting them and agreeing with their taste and getting what THEY wanted us to look like, they treating us as second class. They did not listen to us and did not put everything that we told them we wanted on the order the first time, and when we confirmed months later, we caught it (thankfully). This item was against their taste and I assume omitted intentionally. They took longer than quoted to get the rentals in. 3 of the 7 had pieces ordered in the wrong sizes. One of which was the groom for which they could not correct with the store stock and we were left not knowing if he would have a suit the day before the wedding. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Unless you're in the mood to argue, in which case, this is the perfect shop for you.

Great place, great people, such a helpful group helped me pick out a sports jacket, shirt, tie, belt and pants for a presentation so glad I went there if I ever need more nice clothes I now have a go to place!
