I come here for groceries and other stuff every week. It can get a little unorganized but for the most part they always have what we need. Lines can get pretty long and what I don't like is that sometimes they won't open new lanes but other than that, I do like coming here.

Today I called this Walmart to see if they had the colorful donkey pinata that I believe my roommate would absolutely love. After talking to the operator three times I finally got a hold of Kendra in the Craft Department. After inquiring about the donkey pinata Kendra confirmed that they did in fact have one left on the shelf. I asked Kendra if she could put the item on hold for me and she hesitated, but said no she couldn't because it wouldn't fit under her desk. I asked her if she could bring it up front, but she again said that she only holds items occasionally but could not do it because the pinata was to big. I then decided to check the Walmart across town which is located at 75 Retail Circle, where I was transferred to the Craft center promptly. After Marlene kindly checked to see if they might have the pinata, she found that luckily they had one left on the shelf as well! I asked Marlene if she would be able to hold the item for me until I could get off work to come get it, she asked for my name and told me she would have the pinata up at the service desk for me. If you are looking for a pleasant experience with friendly customer service, I would recommend going to the Walmart located on 75 Retail Circle.

Refuse to price match now making my shopping here less convenient. Short staffed. The staff in tire and lube is especially rude

Very busy. Store setup is completely opposite of most other Wal-Mart stores I have been in. This one is Groceries to the right, and everything else to the left.

We are driving from D.C. to Michigan and blew a tire outside of Morgantown. We made it to the service center on our spare... could not have asked for kinder, helpful people. We have 4 new tires and are on our way!!! Thank you for the excellent service.
