Go elsewhere. I brought my oldish (2007ish) mtb in for a break bleed and after the bleed they informed me i needed a washer for my hub. So i get a ride home (not wanting to ride the bike considering that might put stress on any parts it worse). At home i atempt to take off my wheel to find a washer that fits. Problem is my wheel wont come of, the axle wouldnt uncrew. I take it back to the shop and the mechanic accuses me of tightening it. Yes ive been mtbing for 2 years and cant take off my front wheel, instead i tighten it so hard with the use of a crank brothers multitool. So he grinds off the end of the axle to get the it out. I had to buy a new axle and washers. Wouldnt have been so bad if mechanic never accused me of tightening the bolt with the force of a hurricane. Dudes a jerk who makes fun of old bikes.

Really terrific bike store.  This particular Danny's is my "home store".  Always great service and products.  When I finally upgraded to carbon frame, they took the time to educate me. They didn't try to upsell me.  They fit me into the right bike for how/where I ride.  As for service - off the chart good.  Priced right, expert work, always fast.  Wife and I have had similar experiences with Manhattan stores, too!

I put off having my bike repaired for the last couple of months because it just seemed like a huge job. These guys not only repaired it within a couple hours, but the price was great. Aside from the original repair, they aired up my tires and tightened my annoyingly loose handlebar tape for no extra charge. Plus, the place had a positive, friendly feel. Five stars all the way!

I was a very regular customer at this store and bought one of my first road bikes here. Overall I was fairly satisfied with their service and the staff were generally very nice and helpful. However, the last time I brought one of my bikes in for a major service, I was replacing some parts such as the seat-post and the saddle. When I picked up the bike, the "take-offs" were missing (hundreds of dollars worth of softly used parts). The staff assured me they'd be located and returned to me. Needless to say, this never happened. Given that I had been a very loyal and frequent customer over the previous 4 years, I found this pretty terrible and very disappointing. So, I have given up on them and advise you to avoid this shop. There are much better options in lower Westchester.

Love the service the only problem with the bike shop is that it's expensive
