I come in with a busted frame after getting hit by a car door. They tell me it'll take a couple hours which was fine my bike was pretty messed up the fork was bent, breaks busted etc. She tells me I'll have to stay th7e whole time so when I ask why she says oh oh if it's too expensive what are you going to do? In any other bike shop they tell you the price right away and don't hold you captive. Pedro at spokesman cycles on 60th had no problem telling me the price up front and wouldn't let me pay until the repair was finished.

I had a scooter come in once and the lady kept screaming at me to get out of the way, I felt disgusted with this place, not worth your time,

DO NOT USE THIS BIKE SHOP. HE IS A THIEF! I BOUGHT MY RAZOR TO REPLACE THE BATTERY AND HE BUSTED THE TIRE SO HE CAN CHARGE ME FOR THAT TOO. IT WAS A BRAND NEW TIRE. I CALLED RAZOR THEY WERE UPSET CAUSE THEY SAID ALSO ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE A BUSTED TIRE. RAZOR REPLACED THE TIRE AT A DISCONT

I needed to put 2 pumps of air in my tires and they pretended like they didn't have a pump in the bike shop. Then 1 guy said he would do me a favor and fill my tire up in the back for $1. I was in a pinch so I didn't argue and when I was leaving he was waving the dollar at his co-worker and laughing while he was pointing at me. One of the most disrespectful bike shop experiences of my life.

These guys know their stuff, they wont try to pressure you and tell you whats directly wrong. They put initiative thinking instead of trying to sell you a whole new product.
