Belts department store is a good store to shop at for clothes. The ladies in the children's area are very helpful. My family and I purchase most of our clothes at Belk. We like it very much. Sears department store it's kind of disappointing now. You do not get much help at Sears. The people at JCPenneys are extremely nice and helpful a good place to shop. My wife and daughter likes Cato's dresses and they have good prices.

It is a good place to go, but it lacks in certain areas. Many of the stores in the mall arent really that beneficial to how people truly perceive a mall. There are not enough benches spread around the place, there are too many phone stores, and the chairs in the mall's food court are heavier than the average chair you would sit in. The place does have it's upsides that include much of Danville's historical photos and an all around beautiful interior. 4 stars truly.

As with most small town malls across the US, Danville Mall is a shell of its former self. There are more elderly walkers than shoppers and more empty spots where stores used to be than open retailers. The mall itself is reasonable well maintained and the anchor stores (Sears, Penny, Belk) have a reasonable stock of their national brand wares.

I usually have trouble walking on hard flooring such as malls usually have. The Danville Mall is fully carpeted so for me it was a much more pleasant experience with walking , and it feels very spacious. The stores that are in the mall were well-stocked and people working in the stores were truly helpful with purchases. The food court has a wonderful Italian restaurant which I loved huge sandwiches served with a side of pasta salad. Overall for me it was a great experience and I will go back.

A decent Mall! Better than the information I was given. However it was a ghost town. I hope the stores or the mall won't be closing anytime soon!
