My husband and I were in Pasadena for a great time, our anniversary. It was about 10 years ago, maybe more. I picked the most beautiful ring, that I am wearing right now, and get compliments on constantly still to this day. I have a topaz ring, an anniversary ring. The design goes across our time in terms of fashion. These people were so loving and kind when we bought our rings. It was beautiful TO THIS DAY, people still remarking on my ring. I love how creative people are always in my life.

My feedback is LONG over due. Oscar and his staff are EXTREMELY friendly, professional and most importantly HONEST!! Oscar is an experienced jeweler and has great advice, I've taken my diamond rings to him for cleaning, rodium & repair and they come back looking as stunning as the day i bought them.

Anyway, it was a nice lazy Sunday with my best friends and Perch was too cute to just pass up.  Oh, you can score some sweet Bay Area gear and poster art.great jewelry & some hilarious cards.

Great customer service!  I actually came in to get a ring removed when it got stuck and nothing else I tried was working (I know, stupid; I've learned my lesson). They were so wonderfully helpful, kind and patient! If it were gold or silver it would have cut through pretty easily, but it was some sort of other metal that was much harder to cut through (and it was a very thick ring, so that didn't help). But after working at it for a while with various tools, they did cut through it and get it off. It ended up breaking their metal cutter wheel tool, which they refused to let me pay to replace. So the next time I'm looking for jewelry, I'll definitely be coming here (and get something that fits :-P)!  What I saw in their cases was beautiful and I know they specialize in custom jewelry. I can tell that they'd be very pleasant to work with, I'd definitely recommend checking them out.
