Wow these sandwiches are good. This place delivers with a blue collar feel and taste. The French dip that I got was the best I have had in recent years. Old school counter service and atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable, about $11 a sandwich, and totally worth it. If you're in the area, you better stop here!

Good n big sandwiches. Jalapeno spread (for the spicy eaters) makes the sandwich. (Sleeper is 👍) they also have a parking lot which makes the visit convenient. No rush if u dine in.  They also have a kitchen with hot foods. Darbys is the place to go for breakfast and lunch.

Great tasting bread. Had the meatloaf sandwich +bacon and pepper jack cheese. Really enjoyed it. I do wish the meatloaf was more seasoned but that is my only complaint. 

Other than that, seriously good. Seriously local.

I go here for their crab sandwich-which is a popular item only avail Wednes, Thurs, & Fridays. They pack a decent amount so one sandwich is enough to feed 2 ppl. Have yet to try anything else on the menu. Service is quick, but sometimes unfriendly.

Every chance i get to SSF is an opportunity to stop at Darby Dans that make the best sandwiches ever. I go for the garlic and jalapeno spread that makes this place unique and the sandwiches delicious. They serve hot food too.
