I have purchased two cars at this location but never again. The service is horrendous, especially the receptionist. When I purchased the last vehicle I had to personally cancel the gap insurance on my trade-in after months of them saying they had taken care of it. I have occasional good service on oil changes in the service dept. which I only use because I purchased a maintenance plan. Save yourself the trouble, run in the other direction! Go somewhere were they don't act like they are doing you a favor after spending tens of thousands of dollars.

We just purchased a new Escape last week. I hadn't purchased a new car in quite a while and was expecting it to be a pain. Abu, our salesman was amazing!  Absolutely no pressure.  We felt very at ease through the whole process. Juan was also helpful in explaining our options  for the other products offered by Ford.  In the end, we got a great deal with minimal effort and stress.

Terrible Service! Completely unprofessional behavior. No one knows what they are even talking about. We brought my boyfriend's vehicle in for a recall and were jerked around by Jason and Joyce. They kept telling us the car was being serviced when they had not even looked at it. They kept his car and refused to service it or help him get a rental for almost a week! When we finally did get his car back, it broke down again two days later because the technitions messed something up. Now they refuse to fix what THEY broke! How sad is it that FORD cannot make a car correctly, and refuses to stand by its own product? Jason even lied to us about what the problem was just to get us to leave, but this was not before he became visibly frustrated and muttered about how he "needed a six pack after work." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. 

Do not come here, they will jerk you around, break your vehicle, and steal your money. I will be reporting this place to the BBB as well, and  I will not stop until this dealership has been completely shut down.

Our experience at Dacars Ford in Lanham was the worst experience ever! they are a bunch of thieves there. Joyce and the technicians there are all about damaging  peoples vehicles and charging customers for it. My husband drove his truck there and after damaging it, he was asked to tow it out. unbelievable! We will not rest until this matter is solved because there is no excuse for this kind of service.

After buying many vehicles here all I can say is all they care about is the sale, zero respect for their customers. Si buscan comprar algun vehiculo no lo hagan aqui no es nada recomendable, les interesa mas favorecer a los bancos que a sus clientes.
