Absolutely horrible patient care services by the front office and scheduler. The phone hold time was over an hour. Complete run around when trying to schedule an appointment to be seen. Only one person in the office has the authority to squeeze a patient in and leaves at noon on Fridays. Only one person schedules surgeries and you better make sure to be nice to the person or they will go out of their way to push you back months. As an established patient I will never seek services from this office again. Because of the inconsiderate actions of the staff, this office has lost two patients, that will tell 20 potential patients, who well tell, twenty more potential patients. I will make sure to pass this along to anyone and everyone who is in need of ENT/Surgical services about the horrible service, attitudes and lack of professionalism your office establishes. A ungracious lack of empathy, professionalism and courtesy towards patients calling in seeking services needed for medical conditions. Providers give an oath to care for the sick, you may want to train your staff proper etiquette on client services, or better yet, train them in human services on how to treat a human being. I would not treat my dog like we were treated. Regardless if someone calls seeking an appointment and is frustrated, patients can be irritable due to pain and it does not help when your secretary is snotty, and berating. MOE

Dr. Hsu is great. Very thorough and explains absolutely everything.

Doctor was great, but office staff was not helpful. FMLA paperwork was completed incorrectly. Nurse disconnected the call while placing me on hold and didn't bother to call back. When I returned the call, I felt as though I was a burden, due to the attitude I received from the one who answered the phone. Overall, just didn't feel as though they cared about me as a patient. 🙁

The entire process - start to finish, was a great experience. They were very courteous and professional.

Entire facility is wanting...run down, disorganized and extremely rude registration staff
