Today was my first visit, and I had an appointment with Joyce Agarwal. She is an NP in this office, and I am big on Doctors that run on time - but also ones that take the time they need with each patient! She was thorough, precise, and asked me multiple questions. When discussing a procedure I needed, she walked me right out to the coordinator so I didn't even need to wait. I was even able to get in the next week. Highly recommend!
The admin staff and nurses were very kind and thorough . The doctor had a terrible bedside manner . Rude is a better word. He couldn’t be bothered, he just wanted to send me to the emergency room. I should have just gone there to begin with . Thank goodness riverside urgent care isn’t the only urgent care around!
I'm not sure of the doctors or nurses names because I was in such rough shape, but the doctor I had tonight was so kind, compassionate, and wonderful. They talked me through the most painful procedure I've ever had. He was so encouraging and sympathetic. You don't see that nowadays and I'm so grateful for them!! I would give them 100 stars if possible! Thanks again!!!
This place is an absolute disgrace. They make sure they charge you and then you see a nurse... Then you wait in a little waiting room for the doctor for 2 hours!?!?! If you can't operate your business efficiently, then you should know enough to stop accepting patients. Not charge people and let them sit in a room for 2 hours until they walk out unseen. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.... Clearly Elliott has no standards anymore.
the front desk check in lady was not open to diversity whatsoever. i am a lesbian and i took my fiancé in for ear aches. she asked if i was "a friend" and when she put down her emergency contact as me, she said "what's his number?" still assuming she was married to a man. extremely heterocentric and assuming. didn't make us feel comfortable at all. aren't they educated on inclusivity???
Avoid if possible! When I went into the establishment, I had only been in New Hampshire for 2 weeks. I called BEFORE I went in to make sure they accepted my insurance and CONFIRMED that I would only have to pay the co-pay of 75$. A little while later I received 2 bills. One was in line with a letter my insurance sent me so I am thinking they made a mistake. Nope! I called and its a facility fee that no one informed me about. I'm from Louisiana and I never had to pay a facility fee at an urgent care so I'm not none the wiser. I talked to someone on the phone from the facility and someone at the desk at the facility and NO ONE informed me about this extra fee I would receive if I saw the doctor. I was there for an hour getting a boil lanced and they are trying to charge me $800 being in the room while the doctor did what he needed to do. I don't think you heard me EIGHT HUNDRED PLUS DOLLARS FOR AN HOUR IN A ROOM. Not for the doctor performing the procedure, for me being in the room AND NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS BEFORE HAND! and it was very clear that I was not from NH because I still had my LA license at the time of the visit when I checked in and I made that clear on the phone when I was asking about the insurance and co-pay. I don't even know how to proceed to fight this. AVOID AT ALL COST! Unless you have $800 laying around.
A top notch medical facility in a convenient location. Beautiful people, beautiful views. Just about any type of care a person could need under one roof. This should be your first choice for all your outpatient needs, no matter which hospital or medical group you belong to. Rapid results available for your convenience through the Elliott Solutions E-Chart patient portal - however you need to be diligent about making sure the results are shared with your doctor if he's outside the system, or you might have to wait up to a week for him to receive and review. Love this place.
I was turned away “they don’t handle pregnancy” I had back pain and abdominal pain. I went to a real urgent care and they very quickly noticed I had a massive ruptured ovarian cyst. Goes to show womens health is still a joke for most medical practices and it’s a shame Elliot just made that list. Wonder how many other times women have been turned away over something so stupid. Apparently if you are pregnant this urgent care will refuse care even if it isn’t related to pregnancy. What a massive joke.
Very bad at attending patients. This is my second time here and they made me wait inside the room and no one came to attend for more than an hour. The management needs to be worked on in Elliot.
I can't say how much I am thankful for these men and women taking care of my husband for his breathing issues. They all work so hard and with a smile.
