I purchased my auto insurance from this agent. The staff was very professional, friendly, and prompt. Not only did I get a great deal, but also I was very impressed with Mr. Michael, who personally thanked me for my business. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I called this agency to switch my insurance from an out-of-town State Farm to one in town. Everything seemed great talking to the representative over the phone. She asked me to come in later the same week to sign some paperwork. I took time off work and made the trip to their office only to discover that the person I was to meet with wasn't there. The agent also wasn't in the office. The woman behind the front desk told me that she was just a friend filling in, that there wouldn't be someone who could help me until later that afternoon, and that she couldn't do anything about it. Talk about unprofessional! Can you imagine how responsive these people would be if you had an auto or home accident? Good luck getting any help filing a claim. Needless to say, I will take my business to another State Farm Agent in the area.
