Great company. They insure both my homes and 2 cars. I recently inquired about a business quote on a large # of vehicles. Sydney Stalnaker worked tirelessly on this quote. This place is a joke! Unprofessionalism at its finest. They DO NOT help in situations when you need them. Save yourself from the despair of dealing with State Farm. Maxine is nice and we felt comfortable with her. The girl Andrea needs a new job seriously. I refuse to pay hundreds of dollars a month for insurance to a place that treats their customers like trash.. She is so rude! Everytime my husband or I spoke with her the disrespect and misery just poured off of her. I don't trust her or this place. Can people just not be decent humans anymore?
Wouldn't have even given this place one star but it doesn't allow zero. If you want State Farm, go with another agent. Already spoke to corporate about them and they totally agreed with me. How is this office still in business? Andrea for one needs to learn how to speak to people and actually follow through when she says she's going to do something. After canceling my whole policy the 18th of Oct I still got charged another month and today I found out that part of my policy is still open with them!! Unbelievable!!!
When it comes to Customer Service, Michelle is the woman for the job. Not only did she handle my call with care, she was so nice, respectful and informative. She answered all 50-11 questions that I had, gave her honest opinion when I needed it and handled me with care that has not been seen lately. I truly appreciate this young lady taking the time to explain things to me and also not let my questions bother her, even though I was spitting them out like a hot- breath dragon. So if a Customer Service, Dragon Slaying, Lord of the Rings Queen is what you are looking for, Look no further and give Michelle M. A call. She will get you right, but as always don't just take my word, go experience it for yourself and let her know ShaNedra sent you. ShaNedra C.
Maxine was super friendly and helpful. She worked very hard to get me the best rate for the coverage I needed. Now I'm paying over $1000 a year less than I was with Geico for the same coverage and I feel like I'm getting way better service here.
I have so fare had excellent experience with state farm Natasha weaver was able to get me awesome rates highly recommend her

I almost always deal with Tasha and have never had a bad interaction. She explains everything clearly and simply, even while I was dealing with being in a new state and the death of my father. She's fantastic!
